Well, I have not posted in a few weeks.  I had house guests for a week.  That required a bit of sleeping medication.  I got plenty of sleep then.  Of course it was not natural sleeep, but it did the job.  I was able to keep up with my guests during the day.  For the last 10 days or so, I have some restless nights. 

Not wanting to take any more meds I tried to sleep naturally.  It was hit or miss.  Some nights I could sleep okay some nights not so much.  I did not bother to get out of bed. (I know, I know.  Wrong thing to do.) so I did not post.

There has not been much going on in this small town.  We are house hunting.  That has been interesting.  I'm going to look at one today and possibly one tomorrow.

School starts tomorrow too so that will be interesting.

I'm going  to put up a new poll.  I'm wondering how exercise relates to sleep.  To get a good general idea (if anyone responds) I might put up a couple over the next few weeks.

If you hav insomnia, do you medicate?
