I knew I should have gotten up in the middle of night for some reason. To Read this!! Instead I lay in bed staring at the shadows on the ceiling created by the nightlight.

I guess you told me (probably dozens of times) that you are an insomniac but I didn't remember it. Reading your blog here is very informative. I am very grateful that I don't have this condition! I apologize for every time I may have made some snarky remark about how difficult it was for you to come to morning meetings. The only sleep interruptus I have to deal with is cramps in feet and that pesky full moon.
